In order to receive a refund, returns should be completed within 30 days of receipt of the item(s). Products returned must be in unused/new condition and have an associated RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number obtained from kiteboarding.com. Once your item is received and inspected, an exchange item, refund, or credit for future purchases will be issued.
Refunds are subject to a 12% restocking fee and shipping charges.
