Returns are accepted for brand new merchandise in unused / new condition within 30 days of receipt. After this timeframe, refunds will no longer be accepted and store credit may be offered on case by case basis. You are responsible for return shipping and any damage that might occur during return shipping.
All items must be returned in the condition in which they were received, including manufacturer packaging, tags, documentation and any accessories/hardware. All original packaging and labels must be intact. Unwrapped, unrolled or inflated kites and wings are considered used. Unwrapped lines/bars are considered used. All items must be able to be resold as new.
Returns on closeout/sales merchandise that has not been used by the customer may be accepted within 7 days of receipt but may incur an additional 15% Restocking fee.
For exchanges of large items with high shipping costs Including but not limited to, Wing foils, kiteboards, surfboards, travel bags, wing foil booms, etc. customers are responsible for shipping costs back to Kiteboarding.com, as well as the shipping costs for the exchanged back to them. Additionally, While we charge some shipping for shipment outside the contiguous US, the charges paid by the customer do not fully cover the shipping costs, so there may be additional costs associated with returns from outside the Contiguous US.
On all orders, Kiteboarding.com incurs non-refundable shipping costs, plus credit card processing fees (3%). If your order is Cancelled, Returned, Refused (excluding damage claim) or Undeliverable, we will only charge you for the original/return shipping and credit card processing fees that have been imposed upon Kiteboarding.com to recover our expenses.
If the above conditions are not met, restocking fees will be determined on a case by case basis.

We do not provide return shipping labels, but Pirateship.com has some of the best shipping rates we have found and is quick and easy to print out a label. Don't forget to fully insure the package and we highly recommend Fedex or UPS over USPS.
