We've engineered the MAv2 Prime Edition to make your foiling journey easier, get you over the hump faster and shorten your learning curve. It's the ideal starter kit for progressing in all foil disciplines. Compatible with all North Foil products and fully interchangeable, the Prime Edition is made up of our Prime Mid Aspect Front Wing (MA1200v2 to MA2400v2), Freeride/0 Series Stabilizer, A700 Fuselage, Aluminium AF80 Mast and AF Board Adaptor. The Prime pre-preg e-glass construction front wings are engineered from the same moulds as our carbon pre-preg front wings and deliver the same high performance, durability and impact resistance as the carbon pre-preg, at a more accessible price. The Prime Edition comes in a spacious, multi-functional, padded bag with compartments for each component, screws, tools and marine grease. The MA850v2 Front Wing is a mid-aspect ratio wing ideal for lighter to average weight advanced wingfoilers or prone surfers, and kitefoilers. We?ve engineered our Sonar Surf Series for super low stall speeds, effortless pumping and surf-style carving. Ideal for riders wanting more from surf and downwind swells (with or without a wing). Sonar Foil System Stabilizer Wings

Exceptional glide. Our new thinner profile and higher aspect ratio carbon stabilizers offer reduced resistance and a more efficient outline. The S270 is your go-to for all round kite, wing and surf performance, offering optimal balance, speed, efficiency and control. Pair the S210 with a smaller front wing for high-speed performance and a more agile feel. Pair the S320 with a larger front wing for early planing, greater balance and stability.

Sonar Foil Mast

Ideal for wing, surf and SUP foiling

Our new refined aluminium foil section gives the best balance between light weight and increased strength for higher loads. The AF72 Mast is 30% stiffer than the AK70 mast yet only 13% heavier, and is ideal for shallower waters, and prone surf foiling. The AF85 Mast is 30% stiffer than the AK85 mast yet only 13% heavier, and it increases overall ride performance in choppy conditions.

2024 North Sonar HM (High Modulus) Carbon Mast (**PRE-SALE**)

Impossibly thin. Impressively fast. We’ve reduced the thickness of the submerged portion of our new High Modulus Prepreg Carbon masts by over 15% compared to our standard Carbon masts, while also increasing both bending and torsional stiffness.

The HM80 favors disciplines without wind power - prone surf, pump and downwind. The shorter chord length over the entire mast length reduces drag and increases manoeuvrability. This delivers more glide, more efficient pumping, and quicker turns.

The HM85 covers all disciplines, with a focus on wing-foiling. Wind-powered disciplines require edging against the wind to create forward drive. Some of this drive comes from the front wing, and some comes from the mast. To efficiently provide this drive, the chord length in the submerged part of the mast is slightly longer. It increases near the top of the mast to maximise stiffness with no drag penalty, as this part of the mast is clear of the water once on foil. A more efficient underwater body shape means less drag and, hence, high and easier-to-reach top-end speed. Ventilation on the mast is now a thing of the past. We paid particular attention to this detail, so no matter the sea state, ventilation on the mast's TE is significantly reduced.

The HM105 has been optimised for racing. The thickness of the submerged part of the mast is a further 1mm thinner than the HM80 and HM85, to provide maximum top-end speed. As a result this mast is not for jumping. Like the HM85, the chord length in the submerged region has been tailored to provide good upwind drive, while the chord length increases above the waterline to maximise stiffness. A more efficient underwater body shape means less drag and, hence, high and easier-to-reach top-end speed.

Sonar AF Board Adaptor  

The Sonar Foil System is connected to the board by a lightweight CNC-machined aluminium Board Adaptor with a tapered geometry locking connection that engages with the mast, fusing Board Adaptor and mast together to build one union for optimum load transfer and a stronger, more direct feeling and steering impulse when foiling. FE-Analysis allows us to increase strength in the areas of highest stress concentration and reduce unecessary weight in lower stress areas. Incorporates a strong geometry locking connection for better energy transfer and a more direct feel.

The straighter leading edge is efficient, provides less drag, and handles speed effortlessly, which is beneficial for the entire spectrum of wind or no wind foil sports. Naish Jet Foil System - Semi-Complete

Naish Jet foils feature a medium aspect ratio delta-wing planform with moderate anhedral to deliver the optimum combination of early lift, speed, and turning ability. These wings are the ideal choice for foil surfing as well as a wide range of disciplines from windsurfing and wing-surfing to downwind kite foiling. The 1050 and 1250 are the go-to sizes for surf foiling in faster, steeper surf. These wings are also an excellent option for light wind kite foiling and windsurf foiling on crossover style boards. These wings are paired with the Stabilizer 320, which gives the complete setup more intuitive turning and response for pumping. The Jet 1650, 2000 & 2450 share many similar features to their smaller 1050 & 1250 counterparts. These larger wings feature a slightly higher aspect ratio in a delta wing planform with moderate anhedral to deliver early lift and a low stall speed while maximizing turning ability. These wings are the ideal choice for larger surfers surf foiling as well as SUP, downwind, and Wing-Surf foiling. These wings are paired with the Stabilizer 450, which gives the complete setup more lift at lower speeds and is optimized for improved turning and pumping performance.
